VERIZON FIOS SUX STORY – I’m working away from home. The morons who designed the online fios voicemail give morons a bad name. Their idiotic app insists on loading a java app for every message you want to review. It takes on the long side of forever to listen to five messages.
OK.. I thought I’d go in and get my messages the old fashioned way.. But – My voicemail pin was reset.. SO, I went through the reset process… BUT.. it didn’t reset the pin.. SO, I called ‘support’.. I went through over 5 minutes of voicemail hell to get an agent..
“What do you want?? Trouble with your color tv, Interent connection??… yada yada.. “.. NO I WANT A FREAKING AGENT.. Instead of the “Se habla espanol… get a system that works with the language of this country first.”
Now I am on freaking wait listening to music that would make the composers of elevator music go cataonic.. ALL I WANT TO DO IS LISTEN TO AND DELETE MY OLD FREAKING VOICEMAILS
